The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the above time, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.109% of blood alcohol content, driven the BK5 vehicle from approximately 57 km to the nearest road of the “Seoul Chuncheon Station” located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, 2260.
