성매매알선등행위의처벌에관한법률위반(성매매알선등)
Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of 1,00,000 won.
The above fine shall not be paid by the Defendants.
Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on November 21, 2014 due to a crime of violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (mediation, etc.) at the Jung-gu District Court on November 13, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 21, 2014, and is currently under suspended sentence.
Criminal facts
The Defendants recruited men who want to engage in sexual traffic using mobile phone hosting sites to guide them about the place, time, etc. of sexual traffic, to have them engage in sexual traffic with women employed by the Defendants, and to arrange sexual traffic by receiving part of the money received in compensation therefor as good offices.
피고인들은 2017. 3. 중순경 인터넷 ‘E‘ 구인 광고 사이트를 통해 성매매여성인 F( 여, 27세) 을 고용한 후 2017. 3. 31. 12:00 경 불 상의 장소에서 휴대전화 채팅 사이트인 ’G ’에 ‘166 /64 /25 살 D 컵 뚱이에요/ 노 콘/ 한시간 15 장’ 이라는 내용의 글을 게시하여 이를 보고 피고인들에게 연락한 성명 불상의 30대 남성을 서울 송파구 H에 있는 ‘I’ 모텔로 오게 한 후 위 남성으로 하여금 15만원을 지급하는 조건으로 위 F과 성관계를 하게 한 것을 비롯하여 그때부터 2017. 4. 3. 경까지 별지 범죄 일람표 기재와 같이 총 5회에 걸쳐 공모하여 영업으로 성매매 알선 등 행위를 하였다.
