In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the above fine shall be paid on 100.

1. On October 25, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court and 2 years of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 2, 2013. Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and 2 months at the same court on October 8, 2010, and the judgment became final and conclusive at that time.

2. Defendant A and Defendant B

A. On July 4, 2007, the Defendants made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendants would make investments in the company of the Party to which they would be the party, if they would pay transportation fees, because they would bring the funds to the victim through the UN to bring the money of the children of the President of Liberia into Korea. However, they would have to pay transportation fees.”

However, even if the victim pays money, the Defendants did not have the intent or ability to invest in the victim company.

The Defendants conspired to receive KRW 15 million from the victim, and acquired KRW 20 million in total by receiving additional KRW 5 million.

B. On July 5, 2007, the Defendants made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would invest the victim F in the company of the Party in the Republic of Korea with the cargo transport fee of 7.5 million won more than her mother and her mother in the Republic of Korea” in Gangnam-gu Seoul.

However, even if the victim pays money, the Defendants did not have the intent or ability to invest in the victim company.

The Defendants received 7.5 million won from the victim and acquired it by fraud.

3. Defendant B

A. On December 28, 2006, the Defendant displayed the guns of USD F to the victim F at a scopic place, and made a false statement to the effect that “If there are many guns to be assembled, and the expenses to be deducted are lent, it shall be repaid ten times as of the short-term day, and if it is not repaid, it shall be repaid with the events that he attends.”

However, the defendant is true.
