The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant, who was in a relationship with the victim B (the age of 29), was a person who was in a relationship with the victim B (the age of 29), and that on July 11, 2013, Kimhae-si C and 204 (D) did not take the victim’s body pictures and sexually related video pictures of the victim following the death of the victim, and threatened the victim to spread them on the Internet.
2. The above facts charged are crimes falling under Article 283 (1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent.
