1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs the amount corresponding to each plaintiff as stated in attached Form 2. "Unpaid wage table."

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned 1) The Defendant is a company that carries on the design, manufacture, sale, etc. of automobile industrial parts by using more than 880 full-time workers in order to manufacture and supply automobile parts, such as automobile parts, such as an exchange power plant and a train moo, etc., to the completed vehicle company. 2) The Plaintiffs are members of the B Trade Union and its branch C Branch Association (hereinafter “C Branch Association”) as those employed by the Defendant.

B. C Branchs (1), on May 19, 2010, attended by 544 of the 601 members of the Association (hereinafter “First General Meeting”)

(1) After holding the company’s structural change (hereinafter “resolution on structural change”) a subdivision of an industrial trade union: (a) the structural change of a subdivision into a D Trade Union, a company-level trade union; (b)

(2) The enactment and resolution of the bylaws of the D Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as “resolution to enact the bylaws”)

(3) A resolution to elect the Chairman and the F as the Secretariat (hereinafter referred to as the “resolution to elect officers”).

(2) On June 7, 2010, C Branch held an extraordinary general meeting of 550 members (hereinafter “the second general meeting”) among 601 members, and passed a resolution of the same content as the first general meeting.

C. Details of the collective agreement and bonus payment rules 1) B trade union (hereinafter “B union”)

) A collective agreement made with the Defendant prior to the General Assembly Nos. 1 and 2 (hereinafter referred to as “former Collective Agreement”).

Of the contents of this case, the contents relating to this case are as follows (former collective agreement before amendment):

1. The defendant shall comply with the wage rules for the members of the association, and the wage rules shall be determined in consultation with the B labor union;

Provided, That when the standards for the payment of benefits are revised and newly established, it shall be determined in consultation with Bno.

2. The adjustment of wages of union members shall be part of April 1 each year, and the application thereof shall be part of January 1 each year; and

3. The salary grade of the members shall be the first class of January of each year, which is a class 500 won per year;
