1. The Defendant’s KRW 73,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from February 1, 2012 to March 23, 2017.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, around January 2012, lent to the Defendant 5% interest rate of KRW 73 million per annum and the due date on March 31, 2015. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum from February 1, 2012 to March 23, 2017, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, and 15% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment.
