A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

1. Defendant A is a person engaged in driving a D bus owned by a strong traffic.

On February 15, 2016, the Defendant driven a bus around 06:45, and proceeded at a speed of 50km each hour at a speed of about 50km each time, depending on the Doambro, the two-lane front of the F station in Jinjin-gun E, Jinjin-gun.

At the same time, there was a string road of snow, and the G Lone Star Engine in the front section, and thus, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to prevent the accident by accurately manipulating the steering gear, steering gear, and brake devices while driving the motor vehicle to the person engaged in driving the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and found the above Lone Star Traex vehicle, which is turned down by the surface attached to the above two-lanes, late, and did not avoid it, and received the front part of the above bus and the front part of the right side of the above bus.

After all, the Defendant’s negligence caused the death of the victim H, who is the passenger of the said Lone Star vehicle, to a multi-faceted injury from the dental center located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gangnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on February 15, 2016, where he was under the after-treatment treatment at around 08:08.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant in violation of the Passenger Transport Service Act is a person who owns and drives a G Cost Star vehicle.

From May 2015 to February 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received transportation charges of KRW 7,000 to KRW 8,000 per person for the transportation of a private car from the Gangnam-gun, the former Navy, and the former Navy, in return for the transportation of a daily worker from the said Lone Star-gun to the work site; and (b) received transportation charges of KRW 7,000 to KRW 8,00 per person; and (c) provided the private car for transportation.

B. The Defendant in violation of the Automobile Management Act is not aware of the name of the owner of the said Lone Star Co., Ltd., and the trade name in the Gangnam-gun, Jinjin-gun, Gangnam-do around May 2015.
