A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Punishment of the crime
"2013 Highest 2003"
1. On June 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Defendant’s smartphone from the Defendant’s smartphone located in Ansan-si to the clock site; (b) posted his/her intent to sell the clock site on the said website; and (c) makes a false statement to the effect that “the Defendant would transfer KRW 100,000 to and sell the clock bank” to the victim C who reported the above writing; and (d) received money from the victim to receive KRW 100,000 from the victim for the above clocking price on the same day; and (e) obtained money from the victim as the above clocking price on the same year from June 10, 2013.
8. By November 1, 200, a total amount of 6,135,00 won was obtained through 38 times in the same manner as the written list of crimes in the annexed sheet of crimes.

2. Around August 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Defendant’s smartphone that was in possession of a one-dong scam room in Ansan-si, Ansan-si with a smartphone, and then sent to the effect that “the Defendant would sell the cell phone by sending money to the victim” by reporting the posted materials posted by the victim D with the purport that “the purchase of a cellphone” is “the purchase of a cellphone” on the said website.
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell a mobile phone.
The Defendant received KRW 50,00 from the victim as the mobile phone sales price in the same manner from August 11, 2013, and acquired the total of KRW 400,000 from four victims through the same method from August 11, 2013.

3. At around 12:00 on July 31, 2013, the Defendant called the victim F at the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-si E, Ansan-si, and made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant wanted to purchase the gender-based Montreal master scambling in the smartphone clater. The gender-based Montreal master scam will be sold at KRW 80,000.”
However, as the defendant does not have the gender-mon masters, he did not have any intention or ability to sell it to the victim.
