1. The plaintiff is a stock company established for the purpose of retail business of steel products. The plaintiff finally sold steel products to the defendant on July 2, 2014. The price for the goods unpaid from the defendant as of July 2, 2014 is 6,321,623. The defendant applied for the issuance of 1.35,80,00,000 won at the issuer, 20,000 won at the issuance of 40,000 won at the 40,000,000 won at the 1.4,00,000,000 won at the 5,00,000,00 won at the 5,00,000,000 won at the 5,0,000,000 won at the 5,0,000,000 won at the 5,05,00,000 won at the 4,01,04,014.
In addition, on August 4, 2014, the Plaintiff received KRW 16,319,930 from the Defendant for the repayment of goods price.
