2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a tax official (Grade VIII) who was removed from office while serving in the Daejeon Regional Tax Office, and both Defendant Korea Broadcasting System, Defendant Korea Broadcasting System, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Internet”) and Asia Investment Society Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Asia”), Defendant Korea National Day Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant National Day”) and Defendant Epics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Epis”), and Defendant Epics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Epis”), all of the Defendants report news via TV broadcasting, newspapers, Internet homepage, etc.

B. On September 2012, the Plaintiff came to know Nonparty C who was working at a sexual traffic business establishment around September 2012 and continued to meet with Nonparty C for about two years from September 2014. On December 2012, Nonparty C lent 1,50,000 won to Nonparty C borrowed money from the Defendant on several occasions on a short-term basis. (2) The Plaintiff had the Defendant prepare the “plan for rent and repayment” and the “plan for rent” with respect to each of the above loans. The details are as follows.

I promise to repay the borrowed amount as follows:

I will refund the total sum of KRW 11,000 (including interest) per month to KRW 700,000,000 for each end of the 11th day, and KRW 620,000,000 for a total of 10 months. If it is impossible to comply with the above commitment, I will want to do so in the next part of the plaintiff for a day.

(within 7 days from the date of the default of repayment). Within the period of the repayment agreement, the Plaintiff does not borrow money to any person other than the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff shall borrow money for one month.
