A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On December 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at Daejeon District Court on December 27, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the March 8, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On March 16, 2014, the Defendant conspired with C to introduce and arrange for the purchase and sale of approximately 1.4g gramphones from D to the North Korean defectors, who were not aware of their names on the national highways under the national highways of Osan-si's high-priced bridge located in Osan-si, Osan-si, an Osan-si, to which the name could not be known on March 16, 2014.
2. Around March 16, 2014, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 gramphones from the above North Korean defectors through C at the date and place specified in paragraph 1, and received them from the said North Korean defectors without compensation.
3. Around March 16, 2014, the Defendant, at a construction company office where the trade name located in the Si/Eup/Myeon of Jinjin-si is unknown at around 22:00 on March 16, 2014, stored approximately 0.05g of chophonephones, which was dived with water, into a single-use injection machine, and injected them with water, as described in paragraph (2).
4. On March 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around March 29, 2014, on the front of a water source terminal in the instigates the right line of Suwon-si, the Defendant: (b) purchased and sold a one-time injection machine with approximately 0.35 grams from Dog-ro to Dog-ro in cash; and (c) purchased and sold Dog-phones.
5. On March 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on March 29, 2014, indicated in paragraph (3) that approximately KRW 0.05 gram of philopon from among philopon traded from D, as described in paragraph (4), when it is difficult to identify the C driver’s numbers standing on the national highways at the Suwon-si Port Port, in which it is difficult to identify the number of the C driver’s license stopped on the national highways.
