Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CM car.
On February 6, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car at around 06:40 on February 6, 2014, and led to the passage of the three-lane road in front of the mountain distance in the Nam-gu, Ulsan National Cemetery of War, Ulsan to the long-distance distance along one lane.
Since there is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive the traffic signal and prevent the accident in advance, so as to reduce the speed to the person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle and to ensure whether the person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle is a motor vehicle entering the intersection in another direction.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and instead entered the intersection in order to ignore the signal of the front side, and to coordinate it to the same spawn farm, the Defendant was driven by the victim D(56) who entered the intersection facing two lanes from the opposite direction, facing the opposite direction, and was driven by the front part of the car of the Defendant.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim D and the victim F (the age of 24) who was on board the said taxi by each of the above occupational negligence, such as satisf and tensions that require treatment for about three weeks, and at the same time, 5,881,378 won of the said taxi was destroyed by an exchange of the left-hand gate, but did not immediately stop the said taxi and escape without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the victims.
