Punishment of the crime
1. On May 17, 2013, the Defendant carried a disposable injection device, which contains approximately 0.64 grams, in the instant vehicle located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, around 03:50 on May 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) concealed and stored a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.64 grams in the instant vehicle; and (b) carried a phiphone, which is a local mental medicine, even if he/she is not a narcotics handler.
2. On April 2016, the Defendant: (a) smoked marijuana smoking at the early stage on April 2016, 2016, by removing tobacco smokes from G Park located in the Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) attaching approximately 0.5g of marijuana in its inner part, and then drinking it once in the manner of smokeing with a fire attached thereto.
3. On April 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03 grams into a one-time injection machine at the Defendant’s residence located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H around April 16, 2016; (b) melting them into the Defendant’s arms, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms.
