1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 22, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for a loan made on June 19, 2003 (the same as the claim in the cash custody certificate dated July 10, 201 for the extension of the payment period) indicating the claim

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
