However, the above bus is a direct vehicle of Dong-gu Tourism Co., Ltd., and the defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell the bus to the victim even if he received the purchase price from the victim because it did not have any direct operation of the bus.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 5 million from the victim to the SCB bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and received KRW 6 million in total from the Defendant to the post office account under the name of the Defendant on February 13, 2013.
