A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as the representative of F Co., Ltd. in Daejeon Seo-gu E, is an employer who runs a manufacturing business by employing 35 full-time workers.
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money and other valuables, and retirement allowances within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Provided, That the date of payment may be extended by an agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.
Nevertheless, the Defendant is working from July 1, 2015 to August 31, 2019 at the above workplace.
The retirement G’s wages of 2,750,000 won in June 1, 2019, wages of 2,750,000 won in July 2019, and wages of 2,750,000 in August 2019, and retirement allowances of 11,250,000 won in total and retirement allowances of 15,307,101 won in August 201, and working from October 1, 2016 to May 30, 2019.
The retired H’s wages of 2,740,913 won in February 2019, the wages of 5,583,333 won in March 2019, and the wages of 5,583,333 won in April 2019, and the wages of 19,490,912 won in May 5, 2019 were not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date for payment between the parties, and the two workers’ total wages of 30,740,912 won in February 2019 and the total of 15,307,101 won in March 201 without any agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties.
