On April 22, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of three million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court's Branch Branch on April 22, 2015, and on April 21, 2016, a fine of seven million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the support of the Suwon Flag Flag method.

1. On May 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven CK5 cars in the section of about 1km from the south-gu, Busan, to the front day of drinking water in Seo-gu, Busan, while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.140% of alcohol in blood without obtaining a driver’s license on around 23:03 on May 10, 2017.

Therefore, even though the Defendant violated two times or more due to drinking, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol as above.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, at the same time, and at the same place as the preceding paragraph, operated the said CK5 car without purchasing mandatory insurance.

1. On February 7, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and the Road Traffic Act (drinking without a license) driving a CK5 vehicle at the section of about 1k from the area near the Sinsking-si in the state of under the influence of alcohol content of 0.117% in the blood while under the influence of alcohol at around 23:36 on February 7, 2017, to the 181 new department store to the Sinsking-si center.

Therefore, even though the Defendant violated two times or more due to drinking, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol as above.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the CK5 car that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and at the same place as above.
