2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On April 11, 2012, the Plaintiff is a person who is currently working as a member of the National Assembly when he/she was elected as proportional representative from the 19th National Assembly election conducted on April 11, 2012. The Plaintiff entered North Korea to participate in D, which was held in the 19th National Assembly Myeongyang, but was sentenced to a punishment for violating the National Security Act, and later special amnesty and reinstated. 2) The Defendants are major media companies in Korea.

B. Each press organization, including the Defendants, posted articles that introduce those who have a unique career, including the Plaintiff, among those who were elected as a member of the National Assembly at the 411 total line. 2) Defendant ACCCB agent Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant CCB”) published an article listed in attached Table 3(1) (hereinafter “Defendant CCB”) in the F CB agent website (htppp:/ joint and several sn.com) under the title of “G”.

3) Defendant Houng.com Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Houng.com”).

4) The Defendant Lee Il-ri Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Lee Il-ri”) posted the article listed in attached Form 3(3) (hereinafter “instant article”) as the title “I” on the Furiuri website (http:/www.edaly.co. Ltd.).

C. 1) After the news report of each of the instant articles, Defendant ABC deleted the title of the instant article No. 1 of J as K, and deleted the article from the article’s content that “L directly laid the flowers to L.”
