【Criminal Facts】

The defendant is a person who is a holder of the BM5 vehicle and is engaged in driving the vehicle.

1. On June 3, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver’s License) operated the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on June 14:32, 2018, and operated the said vehicle at the intersection of D three-way distance in north-gu C at the port of the port to turn to the police box of the deceased at the port.
