The facts stated in the cause of the claim are not disputed between the parties.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 61 million won with 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 7, 2016 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
