The statutory interest rate under Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts is amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553 on September 25, 2015, and the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Legal Evasion for Part-3 Grounds for Appeal is changed from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum, and the portion in excess is recognized as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the date of delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
