1. The Defendant shall jointly and severally with C and D KRW 34,453,029 against the Plaintiff and the period from October 15, 2013 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor's "the debtor" is regarded as the "the defendant", and the payment order for C and D is finally decided as the "the defendant". 2. Judgment by the party who made a confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
