1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 31,90,000 won and 20% interest per annum from September 1, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff loaned the above amount to the defendant by way of remitting the amount of KRW 10,000,000 to the account designated by the defendant up to September 4, 2014, including the remittance of KRW 25,500,000 to the post office passbook (Account Number D) under the name of the defendant on February 18, 2014. The plaintiff agreed to receive KRW 25,000,000 in lieu of the previous loan around September 20, 2014, the plaintiff agreed to receive KRW 20,000 from the defendant around October 2, 200, KRW 60, KRW 000, KRW 3000, KRW 000, KRW 6000, KRW 000, KRW 3000, KRW 3000, KRW 3000, KRW 600, KRW 300,000.
