If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On February 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol at around 21:23, while driving a cab operated by the victim B (the 46-year-old age) at the destination, and tried to temporarily stop the signal atmosphere from the route of the air route in Busan-dong, Busan-dong, Busan-dong, and thus, (b) sought to leave the vehicle on his own; (c) but (d) on the ground that “I want to leave the vehicle on the back of the victim’s head, if I want to get a signal from the center of the road that I walked,” and assaults the driver of the vehicle in operation when I move to the edge of the road even between the victim and moving to the taxi to the edge of the road.
