2. The plaintiff's claim added by this court is dismissed.

3. Appeal expenses and interest.

A. A. On July 28, 2009, Medan Annan Annbnb (hereinafter “Medan”) completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of sale and purchase of B/U.S. factory site 21,445 square meters (hereinafter “1 land”) and C/U.S. factory site 25,617 square meters (hereinafter “B/U”) in Gu/U.S., on March 24, 2014, one stock company completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of trust as to land 1 and 2.

B. In 2015, Medan formulated a plan to sell the land for factories in installments to companies that wish to purchase and move in the land for factories in 1 and 201, and entered into a service contract that delegates the division and sale to D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”).

C. On September 10, 2015, Median completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land No. 1 on the ground of reversion of trust property. On September 11, 2015, Median completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the ownership transfer on the land No. 1, 4,959/21,445 shares out of the land No. 1, 4,959/21,45 shares in Korea-M Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea-M”) on September 24, 2015, Median completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land No. 20 on September 30, 2015, on the ground of the ownership transfer on the land No. 24,129/21,45 shares out of the land No. 1, and on the same day, on the same day, Medianex Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea-M”) completed the registration of ownership transfer on shares out of the land No. 24, 29325/6165/67.

As above, companies that purchased part of the land Nos. 1 and 2 from Median had undertaken construction work such as new construction of a factory on the ground or extension of an existing factory on the ground.

On November 2015, the Plaintiff operating a private company with the trade name “E”.
