On April 1, 2013, at around 11:00 on April 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed six foods worth totaling 29,170 won of the market price, including one franc City (2,020 won at the market price) managed by the injured party B who had been displayed at the food store in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Busan-do, without calculating the total amount of 29,170 won of the market price (2,400 won at the market price).

On April 4, 2013, at around 18:00 on April 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a package without calculating six food equivalent to 47,770 won in total in the market price, including one scambia (at a market price equivalent to 7,980 won); (b) one scambia (at a market price equivalent to 5,980 won) displayed at the school food store located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; and (c) calculated three scambia (at a market price equivalent to 5,980 won) and three scambia in which the sum of the market price is equivalent to 9,740 won, including one scambia (at a market price equivalent to 1,880 won); and (d) calculated the scambia and three scambia in which the total market price is equivalent to 9,780 won.

3. On June 15, 2013, at F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F., managed by the victim E in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, U.S., the Defendant was unable to use a computer even if he did not possess any means of payment, and even if he used the computer, he did not use the computer as if he would pay the amount to the victim, and did not use the computer for about eight hours until 22:22 of the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount from the victim.
