The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
On October 6, 2018, at around 15:10 on October 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) heard from the victim D (22 years of age) the phrase “mast in the building” in front of the first floor toilet in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to read “the victim, who sprinks tobacco in the building,” and sprinked the victim with his/her hand, and pushed the victim with his/her secret, and pushed the victim with his/her wall.
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
