1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 428,796,416, and KRW 262,288,80 among them, per annum from July 17, 2008 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit in order to suspend extinctive prescription of the above claim as a winning creditor of the loan judgment rendered by Busan District Court Branch 2008Gadan2467, Busan District Court Branch 2008DaGa2467.
