However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. No person, other than Defendant A, the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting ballotss by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things;

Nevertheless, the Defendants gathered to open and operate online gambling sites with D and E around April 2017, and D opened and operate online gambling sites in China, take charge of the operation of online gambling sites, Defendant A raised funds necessary for the establishment and operation of online gambling sites, and Defendant B managed sites and members in China, and Defendant B promoted the website and recruited members.

Pursuant to the foregoing gathering, D and E opened and managed online gambling site “F (G, H, and I)” (hereinafter referred to as “one-time deposit”) with a server in the United States using funds provided by Defendant A around April 2017, and Defendant A provided funds necessary for money exchange. Defendant B promoted the gambling site and recruited its members from April 17, 2017 to February 28, 2019, with a total of five accounts, such as K Bank (L) in the name of J from April 17, 2017 to deposit KRW 5,728,572,543, as shown in the attached list of crimes, and had many unspecified members participate in the sports site by operating the said sports site, such as stable, camping, farming district, e.g., money distribution.

As a result, the Defendants issued sports betting tickets or similar things in collusion with D and E, and provided property or financial benefits to those who correctly predicted the outcome, even though they are not entrusted business operators.

2. Defendant C is from August 2017 to March 26, 2019 to “N” located in Gwangju Mine-gu.
