1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,840,000 and the interest rate from May 19, 2005 to the day of full payment.
Reasons

Claim against Defendant 1: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)

(c) Claim against Defendant 3: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
