From August 2014, the Defendant left the military and lived in the “D Switna” located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, which was living in the Sungnam-si, and was able to steal another’s property or receive another’s property.

1. On November 22, 2014, the Defendant, at night, stolen at night buildings: (a) around 03:23, 2014, any cre in the “Gma” operated by the victim FF in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si; (b) opened a tent of another goods storage warehouse; and (c) intrudes into the said storage; (d) six pel banks, the victim’s possession of the said storage; and (e) one total of 59,800 won of the two excursion ship boxes.

On January 7, 2015, at around 21:00, the Defendant discovered one food knife, which is a deadly weapon, at the front of the entrance of the “D Gaina” adjacent to the Namnam-si Masan Park, and carried it in a temporary room, and had it. From that point of time, the Defendant got back to the second knife bank in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the second knife-si, the second knife-si, the Defendant had a view to robbery of those who are mixed in the middle and present.

On January 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim I (the 18-year-old age), located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Seoul, had a knife knife, one of the dangerous weapons prepared in advance in the body of the victim; (b) threatened the victim with her body, by threatening the victim to “at all of the knife, death upon the report.” (c) prevented the victim from resisting the victim; and (d) forced the victim to take cash worth worth KRW 450,000, which was kept in his/her custody, from the victim’s calculating depository.
