1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 1,138,617,957 and KRW 507,879,732 from June 18, 2014.

Reasons

Claim against Defendant A, the primary debtor, and Defendant B, the joint guarantor, as to “The remaining principal amount out of loans under a loan agreement made on May 30, 2009 against Defendant A, the new bank of Korea, on December 23, 201, transferred from the new bank of Korea to the Plaintiff via a limited company specializing in EPS, the claim for performance against the Plaintiff, as the primary debtor, regarding “the principal amount of loans under a loan agreement made on May 30, 2009 against Defendant A, the new bank of Korea, and interest or delay damages claim.”
