1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 28,800,00 and KRW 6,600,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,80,000 from February 9, 2014, and KRW 800,00.
Reasons
1. The description of the request shall be as shown in the attached Form;
(2) Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (self-convening judgment) are based on the following: (a) the withdrawal of the action against Defendant C was terminated; and (b) the amount of the claim was reduced as stated in Paragraph (1) of this Article on the date of the second pleading.
