1. The defendant,

A. The plaintiff Gap 504,392,664 won, the plaintiff Eul 481,120,764 won, the plaintiff C and D respectively, and the plaintiff 53,758,377 won and the above.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The ownership of real estate: (a) the net F (Death on October 30, 201) owned real estate: (b) the Dong F (Death on October 30, 201) held that: (c) the G 1904 square meters prior to G; (d) the H 479 square meters prior to I; (e) the Plaintiff B was the J-source 2192 square meters; (c) the Plaintiff C and D were the Plaintiff, respectively, the share of 132/990 square meters prior to K; (d) the net M (Death on December 27, 2005) combined the share of 198/990 square meters prior to K; (e) the share of 198/90 square meters among the L cemetery 1009 square meters; and (e) the Plaintiff was the owner of each of the instant land, both of which are the same as the owner of each of the instant land.

B. On October 2002, Jeju-si, an implementation plan for the “P Urban Development Project” was formulated in accordance with the Urban Development Act on the Jeju-si Q Ilwon 430,000 square meters including the instant land, and on September 17, 2003, Jeju-do designated the said area as the “P Urban Development Project Zone” and publicly announced as Jeju-do-si R.

C. On August 12, 2004, Plaintiff C, Plaintiff D, and net MK on August 12, 2004, Plaintiff EN acquisition on August 12, 2004 on the date of acquisition of ownership by the method of acquiring ownership of the land owner (hereinafter “ Jeju”) land (hereinafter “S”), and on November 20, 203, Plaintiff EN acquisition on November 2003, 204, Plaintiff EN acquisition on August 12, 2004, as indicated in the following table, were held on August 12, 2004 by holding the ownership transfer registration on August 12, 2004, or on November 20, 2003, Plaintiff EN acquisition on November 20, 204.

In accordance with the Special Act on Jeju-do Administrative System, which was enacted on January 11, 2006, the defendant comprehensively succeeded to the affairs and property of Jeju-do.

E. The land cadastre of this case was closed as a result of the execution of the instant project on February 13, 2007, and the land cadastre of this case was designated as PLT as the instant urban development project district, and its surrounding areas.
