A Imprisonment for six months, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of two thousand won.

B does not pay the above fine.

1. Defendant A

A. A. On March 18, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a C-learning car without a driver’s license from the front day of the Samsung C-herop system located in the Samsung C-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the front day of the same Gu Dog-ro road located in the same Gu Dog-ro.

B. On March 18, 2014, at around 10:20, the Defendant: (a) driven the said car without a driver’s license; (b) driven the front road of the lux apartment distance bank located in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Do road from the lux apartment street room to the lux air basin; and (c) the said road was caused by a traffic accident involving D, who boarded the bicycle from the luxi Elementary School to the luxi School for Children’s Children’s Park at the luxi-dong Elementary School; and (d) driven B to those who were seated with the head of the luxa to conceal without a driver’s license.

A request for the statement that he caused an accident was made, and accordingly, B made a statement to the effect that he caused an accident while driving the motor vehicle that he/she f, etc. belonging to the superintendent of the police station of Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station E-gu, Seoul, and signed a report on the occurrence of the traffic accident.

As a result, the defendant instigated B to escape himself who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. Defendant B knew of the fact that he committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment, the Defendant, upon request by A, had A escape as described in the foregoing paragraph 1(b).
