Reasons
The reasoning of this court’s judgment is as follows: (a) the first instance court’s reasoning is the same as that of the second instance, except where the second to the second to the 4th to the “debris.” (b) and such reasoning is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(However, the decision of the court of first instance is legitimate, and thus the defendant's appeal is dismissed.
