The defendant, with the amount of damage caused by fraud, 130,000 won, to CF who is an applicant for compensation.

On March 2, 2019, the Defendant posted on March 2, 2019 a letter that he sells a stable and bags to B carpet site “C (T)”, and falsely sent it to the victim CJ, which reported it.

However, since the defendant did not possess the above goods, even if he received the money for the goods, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the goods to the victim.

Around 17:46 of the same day from the victim by deceiving the victim as such, the Defendant was transferred KRW 75,000 as the price for goods to the V bank account (Account Number W) in the name of the Defendant.

In addition, the Defendant received 3,43,400 won in total as the price for goods from 22 victims as described in the attached Table 1 by the same method between the above and May 28, 2019.

On May 18, 2019, the Defendant posted a false statement on May 18, 2019 to the CK building CK building CK, a transaction site for used goods, to CK, and reported the intention of purchase, and expressed the intention of purchase to CM to deliver the goods to the victim at his/her home.

However, there was no intention or ability to deliver the above goods even if the defendant received money from the victim because he did not have the above computer parts.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 208,00 from the COB bank account (CP) in the name of the Defendant’s death-related CN as well as by deceiving the victims as stated in the attached Table 2, thereby remitting KRW 10,243,00 in total from the ten victims.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
