1. The defendant on January 28, 2004, with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff.
1. On May 2, 2019, the Plaintiff is the owner of each real estate of this case who completed the registration of ownership transfer concerning each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”).
On January 28, 2004, the Defendant completed the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer (hereinafter “the provisional registration of this case”) with respect to each real estate of this case. At present, the right to complete trade reservation, which serves as the basis for the provisional registration of this case, is extinguished as the lapse of the exclusion period of 10 years.
Therefore, the defendant should implement the procedure for the cancellation registration of the provisional registration of this case, which is null and void.
