On June 5, 2012, the Defendant prepared a false statement of the fact that the respondent is the E in a manner that allows the kyman D to make oral and written statements from the office located in the Jeju City C and 504, and submitted it to the competent official at the public service center of the Jeju District Public Prosecutor's Office on June 11, 2012.

Around August 13, 2012, the defendant made a statement to the Assistant F in the investigation of the Jeju District Public Prosecutor's Office and the office of the Jeju District Public Prosecutor's Office to supplement the petition and made a statement of the amount of KRW 16 million from E around July 4, 2008, KRW 10 million from E at the office and KRW 5 million from E on June 10, 2009, although he did not receive the loan from E, he presented a loan agreement, signed it, and operated it as if he had the loan credit amount, and then arbitrarily used it on November 3, 2009, he made a statement of the principal amount and KRW 136,138 (H), 164, 168).

However, on July 4, 2008, the Defendant: (a) drafted a mutual aid loan transaction agreement, written application for loan, etc. kept in the E, which is located in the Jeju-dong, along with the attached documents; (b) delivered the written loan transaction agreement, etc. to G, which is a staff member in charge; (c) around June 10, 2009, the Defendant drafted a loan transaction agreement, written application for loan, etc. kept in the E-west branch located in the Seobuk-dong, the E-west located in the Jeju-dong, Jeju-dong, along with the attached documents, and received a loan of KRW 5 million by delivering it to I who is a staff member in charge; and (d) the said G after the maturity of each loan transaction agreement was set off on November 3, 2009 by the Defendant’s social cancer reserve credit amounting to KRW 16,164,383 as the above loan credit.

Accordingly, the defendant is the above G.
