Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the judgment by confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, the defendant only submitted a copy of the complaint and a formal document, and did not thereafter present at the date of pleading without submitting a specific written response, and therefore, all of the plaintiff's allegations are deemed to have been led to confession pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
