A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Of the facts charged of this case, the prosecution against assault is dismissed.
Punishment of the crime
1. Interference with business;
A. On June 5, 2016, at around 01:18, the Defendant: (a) around 01:18, the main point of “F” in the operation of the Victim E located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (b) reported to the police that he was ordered to provide community service due to sexual assault; and (c) reported to the police that he was ordered to engage in rape; and (d) 30 minutes of a success by raising time fees to customers without any justifiable reason.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force.
B. On June 28, 2016, around 03:15, at the main point of the operation of the victim E in paragraph (1) of this Article, the suspect took approximately 30 minutes of her sexual organ to the above H (or 26 years of age), including “at the same time, he/she was provided with community service 100 hours due to sexual assault. It must be absolutely reported to the police.” The above H shows his/her sexual organ to the above H, and without any reason, he/she took around 30 minutes of her sexual organ to customers.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force.
C. On July 23, 2016, at around 03:20, the Defendant 1’s main point of “F” in the victim E (n, 30 years of age)’s operation as indicated in paragraph (1) (hereinafter “F”), followed the Defendant’s voice from the above G (n, 24 years of age) (i.e., an employee, to the end that “the finishing time is calculated and changed............................................................, the Defendant saw the Defendant’s voice that “the finishing time is calculated and changed.............”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim E's main business by force.
2. The Defendant who sustained an injury shall be subject to paragraph 1(c).
In the same date, time, place, as mentioned above, the victim G (at the age of 24) is required to calculate as above, "we can see that it is absolutely possible to receive social service hours of 100 hours due to sexual assault and report to the police", and when the victim G is placed at the right arms and side of the victim G with drinking, it is medicine to the victim G.
