The defendant is a management director of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., which is a member B hotel building holding company in Ansan-si, and the victim D is a trust management director of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd and the above hotel on May 18, 2017, which has concluded an entrustment management contract with the above hotel and has been entrusted management up to now.

1. On March 28, 2019, with a view to preventing the use of the said hotel card terminal at the above B hotel cab on March 28, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s hotel business by concealing the card terminal equivalent to KRW 500,000 in the market price purchased and installed by the victim from using the card terminal. At the same time, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s hotel business by force by failing to carry the card terminal used at the above hotel to prevent the customer from using it.

On April 4, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant, as seen in the above paragraph (1) on April 4, 2019, destroyed the victim’s hotel business by concealing a card terminal used at the said hotel to bring the victim’s father F to find it back from the Defendant, again bring him/her out of the Defendant, thereby impairing its utility, and preventing him/her from using the card terminal used at the said hotel. At the same time, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s hotel business by force.
