As the judgment by service by reason (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) (Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case until the day of full payment, shall be recognized and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
