1. The Defendant’s KRW 1,010,286,340 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s 15% per annum from May 23, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and June 1, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only 12% per annum, which is the interest rate pursuant to the above amendment, shall be recognized from June 1, 2019).
