The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 183,918,951 and KRW 183,173,710 from May 18, 2020 to October 20, 2020.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: As stated in the reasons for the claim (Provided, That the "creditor" shall be deemed to be the "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" shall be deemed to be the "Defendant"): Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the judgment by deeming confessions and the defendants submitted only a formal objection that does not contain any particular content upon being served with the original copy of the payment order in this case, and did not submit a written response containing specific arguments thereafter, and as such, the plaintiff was not present at the date of pleading, it shall be deemed to have led to the confession of all the plaintiff's assertion in accordance with Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
