1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from December 27, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On December 14, 2016, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant at interest rate of 24% per annum.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
