On March 4, 2008, the Defendant of breach of trust related to travel expenses in Japan made a solicitation to the effect that the convenience is changed from M of the head of the business division of the L, who supplies medical equipment, etc. to the above D Hospital at the above D Hospital on or around March 4, 2008.
