Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
At around 01:01 on October 24, 201, the Defendant: (a) received a 112 report from the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, to the effect that a person under the influence of alcohol in front of the Embassy of the French Embassy 42-12 intends to drive the Ortoba; and (b) obstructed the Defendant’s lawful performance of duties regarding the handling of the report of the case by a police official, who was sent beyond the floor of the Seoul Seodaemun-gu Police Station B Zone B, which was sent out by C, in turn, by the Defendant.
