As a result, the defendant had utility by moving or removing the maintenance line set by the police without any justifiable reason.

2. On June 16, 2012, around 13:00 on June 16, 2012, the H measure group against violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act held an event to walk the I judicial arms in line with the I judicial pressure.
