1. The original copy of the order of payment with executory power over the acquisition money case No. 2013, 54801 against the defendant against the plaintiff of this court.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The defendant seems to have become aware of the plaintiff's bankruptcy immunity through this case.
Accordingly, the defendant did not submit a written reply.
Therefore, the cost of lawsuit shall be borne by each party.
